Are you mired in despair, feeling lost and lonely in these extremely difficult times? Are you longing for a solid practice to ground you and guide you? And a community to find solace in?
About 10 years ago I began offering guided visualizations in my programs, and over the years they became more and more integral to the arc of the journeys and the teachings. What I’m speaking to are guided journeys into body awareness, yoga nidra, deep imagery, poetry, dreams, teachings on soul-oriented topics, and so much more. You lay back, let your body and mind relax, and allow your imagination to find deep connection with the wisdom inside you and the guidance from anima mundi.
Most people in these times are not living with healthy, regulated nervous systems…too many of us are running fast, anxious and stressed, and unable to listen deeply to their own heart and soul, or intuition. These deep dives invite a pause in the “regularly scheduled programs” of our lives in order to sink into quiet, let go, and journey into the depths of our more essential truths.
Because my experience is that the guidance for these intuitive journeys comes through me, I am trusting something larger to both tune into each of you and the world, and also to guide us in our way forward in these heart breaking times.

WHEN: Our first gathering will be on February 15, 2026 starting at 9am MST. Gatherings will be between one to two hours. (please plan on 2 hours) The dates of all gatherings are posted below.
(**all gatherings will begin at 9am Arizona time. Arizona does not go onto Daylight Savings time, so your timing will change when the time changes)
WHAT THIS IS: In the next 12 months, I am offering an enticing opportunity for you. Would you like to make a vow to yourself, and to your health and sanity, to sign on for a rejuvenating and dedicated pause to voyage into imagination, embodiment, intuition, rest, poetry, dreams, myth and deep listening to your soul self….on a regular basis? Would you like to join a soulful community coming together to listen? Do you feel called to tend to your soul soils with attention and tenderness? To bring resilience to your soul? Do you long to retrieve your own boundless Self and to open the door to the messengers awaiting your attention?
WHY: We need each other AND we need another "station" to attune to. Could it be that it is the internal network that we most need and not more of the horrifying western world views and news? This is possible for each of us. Clearly the world news is affecting us in frightening ways. Who is not stressed, feeling anxious, not sleeping well or ill? I stand as messenger to offer practices that can bring us back to health, psycho-spiritually, and physically. It is up to us to make a grounded choice. Our minds can go round and round trying to find solutions to problems, unsolvable by logic and the rational. In coming together in receptive ways and aligning our intentions, something more creative and generous can step in. Let us retrieve our old ways of wisdom in alignment with the natural world, and the languages of so many "other than human" voices.
WHATS INCLUDED: Each gathering will lightly focus on some topic and will also align with the world and astrological/astronomical events affecting us. Some personal stories, mythic tales, and teachings will be woven into poetry, yoga nidra, body attunement, quotes, invitations to listen to the other than human world and your guides and guardians, and so much more. I will give you journaling prompts and/or suggestions for further inquiry with time on the land as well.
The more I enter this process, the more intimate it becomes. I feel completely blessed to have tuned my ears and heart to what the "others" want me to hear.

Yearlong subscription rate will be available until the last day of February 2026
This will include a recording of the session if you can't make it live, suggestions for "work" between sessions, journal prompts, and an invitation for a VERY short check in before each session by way of email...a title of a dream, a prominent emotion, your current struggle, openings or successes...these may be woven into each session anonymously.
If you say yes to the whole year, there may be other opportunities available to you that will not be open to others. One possibility may be an opportunity for up to four Zoom councils with other "subscribers".
Subscription for 6 months: $375
Pay for a month with two gatherings: $80
Pay for one session at a time: $45
REGISTRATION:
Registrations for the12 month subscription must be paid for by February 28. $699 total.
Registrations for a 6 month subscription can happen anytime up to the end of July. This is good only for consecutive months. $375
You can jump in for a month or a one time drop in anytime, provided you let me know at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled Zoom session. $80 or $45
